You will design and implement the systems that shape how people grow — from new hires to emerging executives — ensuring our training drives measurable performance, retention, leadership depth, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do As our Learning & Development Leader, you will: * Design and lead a comprehensive organizational learning strategy * Build onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and accelerate productivity * Create structured leadership development pathways across departments * Develop engaging multimedia training content (videos, LMS modules, workbooks, certifications) * Own and optimize our Learning Management System (Absorb preferred) * Align recruiting, onboarding, and role-specific training into a seamless development journey * Define and track training KPIs tied directly to business performance * Continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and field insights * Partner with executive leadership to drive development aligned with company growth goals

If you’ve built high-performing learning ecosystems before — and want to do it again at scale — this role is for you.
What You Bring * 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Learning & Development or Training Leadership * Proven success designing and implementing high-impact training programs * Strong emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership skills * Experience managing and optimizing LMS platforms (Absorb preferred) * Executive coaching or consulting background (preferred) * Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from inception
