What You'll Do:
Business Development & Partner Management
* Prospect and pitch new media partners through outbound outreach, emails, and industry networking * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through day to day account management * Serve as a strategic coordinator to publisher and media partners by maintaining an active pipeline and consistently achieve activity and revenue targets. * Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and increase investment * Travel periodically for in-person partner meetings and industry events
Operations & Performance Analysis
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign launches and partner satisfaction * Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities * Prepare post-campaign reports and partnership performance summaries * Leverage data insights to build compelling success narratives for prospects * Partner with senior sales leadership to close strategic, high-value partnerships

Salary Range $60,000—$65,000 USD
