In This Role, You Will - Participate in ongoing mentorship, professional development, and team training - Hold client consultations virtually using Zoom - Cultivate long-term client relationships - Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family - Deliver high-quality, client-focused service - Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Ideal Candidate Profile - Work authorization in the United States - Reliable internet connection plus a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently - Ease with virtual tools and video meetings - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position - Passionate about helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization - Prior customer service or consultative experience is a plus, not required
