Direct Care Staff -Supported Living Services (Part-Time & Full-Time)
No Experience Needed- We will Train! | Location: Santa Clara County
What You’ll Do:
* Support clients with independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, hygiene) * Assist clients with developmental disabilities & behavioral challenges * Plan and organize schedules to promote goal achievement * Document client progress via case notes
Who You Are:
* Compassionate, patient, and dependable * Strong communicator & problem solver * Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings * Behavioral health experience a plus, but not required
