🚀 What You’ll Do
As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll diagnose issues, present solutions, and deliver high-quality repairs while building trust with homeowners.
* Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems * Present options to customers and help them make confident buying decisions * Install, maintain, and repair water and gas lines, fixtures, and appliances * Ensure all work meets local codes and quality standards * Manage your calls efficiently and work independently in the field * Communicate with dispatch, managers, and support teams * Complete job documentation accurately and on time * Participate in the on-call rotation * Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace * Attend ongoing training to sharpen skills and increase performance

🎯 What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (service-focused preferred) * Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered) * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills * Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers * Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping—not pressuring * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Positive attitude and team-first mindset * Military experience welcomed and encouraged
