We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Head Chef, you will be a confident leader with excellent organisational skills, a passion for producing outstanding food, and the ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen. A strong understanding of kitchen management, allergen awareness, and cost control is essential, along with the drive to inspire and develop your team.
