What You’ll Do
As a Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish—leading the build, ensuring quality, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.
In this role, you will:
* Drive project timelines and maintain accurate build schedules * Champion a top-tier customer experience throughout construction * Ensure job site cleanliness and organization * Inspect work and enforce high-quality standards * Manage and submit cost variances accurately * Oversee projects primarily in the Bryan–College Station area (with flexibility to travel as needed)

What You Bring
* 2–3 years of relevant construction or superintendent experience * Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (ready to travel between communities) * A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work * A customer-first mindset with the ability to turn challenges into positive experiences * A drive to continuously learn, improve, and grow
