Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

* Coordinate schedules, logistics, and production needs across multiple shows and freelance producers, keeping documentation current and accessible to stakeholders. * Lead project kickoffs and maintain production timelines, documentation, and clear communication around deadlines, priorities, and changes. * Track creative deliverables, including treatments, outlines, scripts, and other materials, from development through production. * Book crew and coordinate equipment, locations, travel, catering, and other shoot logistics to ensure productions are fully prepared. * Prepare call sheets and communicate shoot details, schedules, and logistics to internal teams, talent, and production partners. * Partner with Operations to support production processes, budgets, production costs, crew outreach, invoices, and related administrative needs. * Track post-production schedules, creative notes, revisions, and deliverables through final versions. * Support productions on set, including load-in and strike, while working professionally and collaboratively with talent and crews.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

* 2+ years of experience in video production, production coordination, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Familiarity with digital video production workflows from creative development through post-production. * Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. * Clear, proactive communication skills and the judgment to flag potential delays, identify solutions, and keep stakeholders informed. * Ability to collaborate effectively with freelance producers, talent, internal teams, external crews, and other production partners. * Familiarity with call sheets, crew bookings, equipment workflows, budgets, invoices, and production clearances. * Professional discretion, strong research skills, and an interest in food, entertainment, and digital media. * Ability to work in New York City four days per week or work remotely.
