Core Responsibilities - Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom - Keep digital records accurate and manage timely follow-up - Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service - Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Take part in continued mentorship and team development - Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism
You're a Good Fit If You Have - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission - Authorized to work in the United States - Reliable internet and a Windows laptop/PC with webcam - Able to obtain any necessary professional licensing, where applicable - Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools - Customer service or consultative experience preferred, not required - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
