We are reimagining the phone. AI phones need to be proactive, intuitive, intelligent and low cost. This is a mission critical for rest of the world to adopt intelligence.
There are over 5 billion people using everyday applications such as email, messaging, notes, tasks, and calendars, yet most are not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications and devices that bring intelligence into daily conversations, coordination and workflows, with minimal prompting.
Focus: Designing how AI capabilities are introduced into everyday phone usage.
Responsibilities
* Design AI-native interaction patterns.
* Explore voice, touch and conversational interfaces.
* Design contextual and proactive AI experiences.
* Design workflows across different applications.
* Reduce the need for explicit prompting.
* Make agent actions transparent and easy to control.
* Prototype and validate new interaction models.
* Work closely with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
* Strong product / interaction design experience.
* Experience designing mobile applications or complex user workflows.
* Strong prototyping skills.
* Understanding of usability and user behavior.
* Strong product thinking and visual communication.
Nice to have
* AI assistant or conversational UX experience.
* Operating system or mobile platform experience.
* Voice and multimodal interaction design.
* Experience designing proactive experiences.
