Roetzel & Andress invites a skilled Commercial Finance attorney to join our vibrant team! Minimum Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house position, navigating complex financial transactions. * Drafting agreements and structuring/negotiating acquisition finance and restructuring deals. * Proven experience in performing commercial due diligence for Lenders. * Strong emphasis on technical expertise and client service. * Member in good standing and licensed in Illinois.
The candidate must also pass a background check as a condition for employment.
The starting salary range for this position is $225,000 and $350,000.
