Requirements
* Education in Management, Sociology, Psychology, Human Resources Management or others;
* Previous experience working in Portuguese Tech industry and/ or consulting industry
* Interest in working in international Markets; * Excellent communications skills and empathy; * Ambition and professional drive;
* Fluent written and spoken English. * Comfortable working under tight KPIs
-Previous recruitment/ Tech recruitment experience is a plus
