THE POSITION * Part-time hours, with weekend availability required * Represent Quality Craftsmen at home shows, fairs, and local events * Work at both indoor and outdoor events * Connect with homeowners and introduce them to our bath remodeling solutions * Help create a positive first impression of our brand
WHAT YOU’LL DO * Welcome event attendees and attract visitors to our booth. * Start conversations and engage with potential customers. * Share information about Quality Craftsmen’s bath remodeling products. * Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home sales appointments. * Keep the booth clean, organized, and professional. * Assist with event setup and breakdown. * Submit daily lead reports to the Marketing Manager.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy talking with people. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Confidence in approaching and engaging with the public. * Dependable individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. * Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. * Weekend availability and the ability to stand for extended periods. * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
