What You'll Do
As a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will:
* Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance * Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence * Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and light rehabilitation support as directed by the clinical team * Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse * Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families * Educate caregivers on safe care techniques * Follow individualized care plans and agency policies to ensure quality patient care
Qualifications
* Active Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required * Home Health, hospice, caregiver, or senior care experience preferred * Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
