About the role
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the development of visual concepts and designs for various projects, including digital and print materials. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and other team members to create engaging graphics that align with our brand identity and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials. * Support the design team in developing layouts, logos, and other graphic elements. * Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas. * Prepare and edit images for various platforms, ensuring high-quality standards are met. * Maintain organized project files and documentation. * Stay updated on industry trends and design technologies to inform creative decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. * Excellent communication and time management skills. * A portfolio showcasing your design work and creative process.
