* Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner * Navigate assigned routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to optimize delivery times * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly demeanor and handling transactions professionally * Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly * Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure safe operation * Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns * Handle cash and card payments securely, following company protocols and procedures * Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our brand standards * Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices * Build positive relationships with customers and represent our organization with integrity and professionalism
Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license * Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards * Must have access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes * Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check * Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed * Physical capability to safely lift and carry delivery items * Familiarity with the Pekin area or willingness to quickly learn local routes and neighborhoods * Reliable transportation and commitment to punctuality * Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine enthusiasm for customer service * Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
