About the role

Job Description

As a Business Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will bridge the gap between high-level corporate vision and daily execution. You will support the strategic planning cycle through rigorous data analysis and market research. Crucially, you will act as the operational engine that follows up with the related business to ensure strategic milestones are met, OKRs/KPIs are tracked, and execution risks are flagged early.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Planning & Research: Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Help build frameworks and models to evaluate new business initiatives. * Performance & KPI Tracking: Own the maintenance of strategic dashboards. Track company-wide OKRs/KPIs and prepare monthly/quarterly progress reports for senior leadership. * Rigorous Follow-Up & Governance: Actively follow up with department heads and project leads to ensure action items from leadership meetings are executed on schedule. * Cross-Business Coordination: Collaborate with financial controllers and commercial teams to align strategic planning with budgeting cycles. * Problem Solving & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in strategy execution and proactively work with teams to propose practical solutions to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

* Degree: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. * Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, PMO, or a highly analytical business operations role. * Experience in power electronics, data centers, or energy infrastructure in Europe is preferable.

Hard & Analytical Skills

* Data & Analytics: Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, data manipulation) and data visualization tools like Power BI. * Project Management: Familiarity with project governance frameworks and tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com). * Presentation: Ability to translate complex data into clean, executive-ready PowerPoint decks.

Soft Skills

* Proactive Follow-Up: Strong assertiveness to politely but firmly chase stakeholders across different departments for updates and deliverables. * Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to manage relationships smoothly in a flat organizational structure. * Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in a second European language (such as Dutch, German, French, or Spanish, …, etc. ) is mandatory to effectively manage and follow up with regional stakeholders.

Additional Information

As an innovative and global company, you are offered a friendly working atmosphere and a constructive working environment leaving much room for new possibilities and ideas. Use this opportunity and show us your motivation.
