About the role

Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As our Customer Experience Marketing Manager, you will serve as the strategic bridge connecting Everpure’s Customer Experience (CX) organization with global Marketing leadership. Reporting into CX while operating as an embedded partner within Marketing, your mission is to transform real-world customer outcomes into market-differentiating narratives that elevate our brand. This role uniquely pairs executive positioning with customer-centric advocacy, driving company-wide collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Architect the Global CX Narrative: Define and lead the end-to-end CX positioning strategy, establishing an authentic storytelling framework that translates complex customer capabilities and operational milestones into high-impact marketing and sales collateral. * Fuel Go-to-Market Alignment: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to embed CX proof points, customer lifecycle insights, and executive messaging into tier-one global campaigns, launches, and customer-facing presentations. * Champion Customer Advocacy: Partner directly with global enterprise customers to capture compelling case studies, testimonials, and reference stories that validate business outcomes and strengthen customer retention. * Establish Measurable Impact: Define and track quantitative benchmarks and performance indicators for CX marketing programs to demonstrate clear contribution to brand sentiment, pipeline acceleration, and customer advocacy.

WHAT YOU BRING

* Experience:  10 years of B2B marketing and positioning experience in complex enterprise or technology environments. * Strategic B2B & Product Marketing Expertise: Proven expertise in product marketing, customer marketing, or enterprise CX within complex enterprise technology environments, with a strong background developing differentiated positioning and executive-ready communications. * Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives, align cross-functional leaders, and shape narrative priorities across diverse teams without direct authority. * Customer-Centric Storytelling: Exceptional ability to translate operational metrics, customer feedback, and technical milestones into inspiring, human-centered stories that resonate with executive and technical audiences globally.

Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
