What You’ll Do
As an LPN on our night shift team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for:
* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders * Monitor residents and report changes in condition * Complete accurate and timely documentation * Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care * Assist with admissions, discharges, and overnight needs * Maintain compliance with facility policies and HIPAA standards
What We’re Looking For
* Active Missouri LPN license (required) * Current CPR certification * Strong attention to detail and clinical judgment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Compassion for and commitment to caring for seniors
Experience in long-term care or rehab is a plus, but not required.
