About the role
Ludlum Measurements, Inc is seeking an detail-orientated and motivated PTH Technician to join our team in Sweetwater, Texas.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Job Duties & Responsibilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records. * Support the assembly team as needed to assemble and load systems to meet demand. * Promote a positive and safe work environment. * Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications * Ability to work closely with others. * Willingness to work overtime when needed. * Must be self-motivated and able to take constructive criticism to help improve job performance. * Must have great communication skills. * Troubleshooting skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as necessary to complete logs or records. * Detail-oriented and consistent. * Works well as a productive member of a team * Ability to properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment. * Ability to follow instructions. * Basic ability in mathematics, reading and writing. * Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks. * Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed. * Must have excellent hand-eye coordination. * Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift at least 50 lbs.
