Main tasks:
* Act as a senior SME for SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and Financial Consolidation * Design and optimize end-to-end consolidation processes based on IFRS and Swiss GAAP * Configure consolidation models, rules, mappings, hierarchies and validation processes * Support financial close, intercompany, ownership, currency translation and reporting processes * Drive migration and transformation from SAP BPC/BCS to SAP Group Reporting * Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, GL, FPSL, BW and other data platforms * Support automation, data quality, testing and AI-driven improvements * Collaborate with business stakeholders, SAP Product Management and technical teams * Analyze incidents and drive root-cause resolution
Your qualifications:
* Multiple years of experience in Consolidation, Financial Reporting and Finance Technology * Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, ideally SAP BPC/BCS * Deep understanding of consolidation processes, Group Reporting architecture and Financial Close * Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP, ideally FINMA/SNB reporting * Experience with BPC/BCS to SAP Group Reporting migrations and transformations * Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance integration, data models and interfaces * Experience with SAP Reporting, BEx and SAP Analytics Cloud * Knowledge of ABAP, Enhancements, BAdIs, APIs and Interfaces is an advantage * Experience with BW, GL, FPSL, MDG or Data Lake solutions is an advantage * Experience with automation, testing and ideally AI-supported finance processes * Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or another highly regulated environment * Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience working in agile organizations * Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field * Fluent English
