HR Payroll Coordinator Essential Responsibilities
* Weekly, multi-state payroll processing for 500+ team members using ADP Workforce Now. * Maintain all payroll records in payroll files and/or personnel files. * Maintain HRIS with accurate team member information. i.e. new hires, terminations, pay rate changes, withholding orders, etc. * Coordinate pre-employment activities with our branch offices for all new hires. Monitor the status of background checks & drug testing and communicate the status with the branches. * Process new hire onboarding in ADP Workforce Now. * Submit 401k contributions weekly to 401k provider. * Perform other support functions for the HR department as needed.
Requirements
* Min 1 year experience using ADP Workforce Now. HRB and Time & Attendance preferred. * Min 1 year of experience processing payroll. * Positive demeanor and strong internal customer service skills. * Intermediate computer skills * Effective communication skills, both written and oral * Must work in the office 5 days/week.
