Position Responsibilities As a District Manager, you will provide leadership and support to multiple salon locations while ensuring exceptional service for residents. Responsibilities include: * Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor salon professionals * Train team members on company systems and procedures * Open and set up new salon locations * Build and maintain positive relationships with community administrators * Serve as the primary liaison between the communities and the Regional Director * Support salon operations and ensure company standards are maintained * Provide salon coverage and perform hair and/or nail services as needed * Assist residents in achieving their desired hair and nail care goals * Travel between assigned communities within your district
Qualifications * Active state cosmetology and/or nail technician license (as applicable) * Minimum of 3 years of professional salon experience * Previous multi-unit management or leadership experience in a salon environment preferred by not required * Ability to perform hair and/or nail services * Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and comfortable with technology * Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills * Ability to multitask and work independently * Compassionate, patient, and committed to providing exceptional customer service * Experience working with seniors is a plus
