Job Description
We are accepting resumes for talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Line Cooks from April to November 2027.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
* Start prep work on items needed for the particular menu of the day * Organize all of the various prep items needed from different areas to ensure that all items are in place and ready for service * Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guide * Inform the Sous Chef of any shortages before the item runs out * Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by Health Department and Hotel requirements * Breakdown work station and complete closing duties * Wrap, cover, label and date all items being put away.
Applicants should also work well under pressure, possess excellent communication skills, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
