Extensive hands-on experience with laser shearography, particularly in aerospace or advanced composite inspection scenarios. 3. Demonstrated expertise interpreting shearography fringe patterns and optical interferometry data for defect evaluation. 4. Strong analytical skills in defect identification, root cause analysis, and reporting within stringent aerospace standards. 5. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including technical documentation and collaborative problem-solving. 6. Familiarity with industry best practices for non-destructive inspection of composite materials. 7. Experience providing technical guidance or quality engineering for similar NDT projects – direct inspection or review background is highly valued.
