As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn’t a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. Just as our entire brand is inspired by the North Star, the shining light leading travelers to their destinations since time began, our values guide us. They help us be at our best. For our customers. For the cities and communities we serve. For ourselves. As a global team, we are transforming urban mobility. Let’s grow better, together.

The Role

As part of our Operations team, the Regional Operations Manager will oversee the end-to-end customer journey, compliance, maintenance SLAs, revenue opportunities, and client relations across managed car parks within the North region. Reporting within the operations function, this pivotal field-based leadership role serves as the primary contact for key client stakeholders and works closely with the account management team to optimize site performance and drive profitability. You will have a direct impact on transforming the local parking experience, ensuring seamless site onboarding, high-standard technology deployment, and strong client retention.

How to make an impact

* Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer journey across all managed car parks in the region.

* Act as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing high-quality operational support.

* Conduct regular site visits for proactive engagement, routine oversight, and reactive client needs.

* Monitor site profitability by actively tracking costs, occupancy rates, and revenue streams while identifying new sales opportunities.

* Collaborate closely with the account management team to optimize overall car park performance.

* Ensure full system compliance at all sites, including managing kiosks and tablets, and rapidly resolving technology issues within agreed SLAs.

* Conduct initial site surveys, support the onboarding of new car parks, and attend system installations to guarantee high-standard delivery.

About you

You are a target-driven, resilient, and collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic field-based environment. With strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, you bring great attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset to everything you do. You excel at building authentic, trust-based relationships through excellent interpersonal communication and hold high ethical standards. If you are self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to leverage your organizational strengths to shape urban mobility, you will flourish in this role.

Your background

* Proven multi-site operational experience with direct client-facing and relationship management responsibilities.

* Demonstrated track record of tracking operational metrics, costs, and revenues to drive profitability and sales opportunities.

* Experience overseeing system compliance, on-site technology installations, and resolving operational/technical issues against strict SLAs.

* Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage time effectively across field visits and occasional weekend requirements.

* Possess a full UK driving license and the ability to travel across the North region, with monthly visits to the London office.

This role is based in North region (Field-based), with a requirement to attend one office-based meeting a month in London.
