About the role
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Title Insurance Processing Admin. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, great customer service, and understand the urgency of responding to emails and requests in a timely manner.
Duties
* Review and process title insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Schedule closings, prepare closing packages, and make arrangements for outside closers to attend off-site closings. * Communicate via email and/or phone with all parties related to the transaction to facilitate smooth transaction flow.
Skills
* Effective communication skills for coordinating with various persons involved in real estate transactions. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing documents. * Ability to proactively address and resolve issues heading into a real estate closing. * Familiar with software a plus.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
