Job Description
We are seeking experienced Applied Scientists to support an AI training project focused on statistical analysis, machine learning, experimentation, and quantitative problem-solving. Prior AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities
* Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights. * Develop, test, and evaluate machine learning models. * Design experiments and interpret results. * Evaluate AI outputs for statistical accuracy and reasoning. * Create expert-level prompts, datasets, and reference solutions. * Identify methodological errors and provide structured feedback. * Deliver reproducible code and clear analytical reports.
Qualifications
* At least one year of experience at a leading technology, finance, or research organization. * Strong Python and machine learning expertise. * Experience in statistics, experimentation, and data science. * Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. * Advanced academic background or practical experience in data science, applied mathematics, or a related field.
