Village Heart & Vein is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide outpatient cardiovascular care in Lady Lake, Florida.
Work alongside experienced cardiologists and an established APP team in a physician-led practice. This position offers clinical autonomy with collaborative support and a weekday schedule without call, weekends, or major holidays.

Position Highlights
* Full-time, fully outpatient cardiology
* Monday–Friday clinic schedule
* No call, weekend coverage, or major holidays
* Collaborative team of cardiologists and advanced practice providers
* Broad exposure to general cardiology in an established, growing practice
Clinical Responsibilities
* Conduct cardiovascular evaluations and routine follow-up visits
* Manage conditions such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation
* Review EKGs, cardiac testing, imaging, and laboratory findings
* Prescribe and adjust medications while monitoring treatment response
* Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with cardiologists
* Coordinate diagnostic testing, referrals, and ongoing care
* Counsel patients on medications, cardiovascular conditions, and heart-healthy lifestyle changes

Qualifications
* Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
* Active Florida license or ability to obtain one before starting
* Previous cardiology experience as an APP preferred
* Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
* Effective communication and teamwork skills
