Key Responsibilities - Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication - Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs - Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options - Build lasting client relationships - Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth - Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions - Support clients throughout the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable in virtual meetings and using digital tools - Customer service background helpful but not required - Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently - Reliable internet connection and Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam - A genuine interest in helping others and supporting a mission-driven company - Work authorization in the United States - Capable of obtaining required licensing, if applicable to the position
