Kitchen Manager
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced restaurant in a growing company. What we’re looking for:
* Minimum of two years of restaurant experience * Management and/or hospitality experience a plus * Experience in managing COGS, inventory levels, ordering and scheduling within a budget * ServSafe certified or able to complete certification
Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibility for all Kitchen sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s Kitchen processes. * Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specials * Daily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage items * Practice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by example * Training, developing, and scheduling team members
