What You'll Do: * Assist in planning and executing activities and social programs * Support residents in using their physical and mental potential * Encourage resident engagement and participation * Promote a positive atmosphere and emotional well-being * Bring joy and smiles to residents through meaningful interactions
What You'll Need * High school diploma or GED preferred * Experience working with elderly/dementia residents is preferred * Must be able to do physical tasks such as leading exercise * Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required
