Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 5+ years of comparable marketing, agency, or program management experience. * Demonstrated experience managing vendors, contractors or marketing agencies, including establishing contracts approved by legal. * Experience writing and organizing clear, compelling marketing briefs. * Experience using campaign and audience data to make optimization recommendations. * Strong organizational and program-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent strategy plans and campaigns. * Ability to partner cross-functionally with project managers, marketing operations, and data teams to deliver results. * Familiarity with digital marketing, connected television, and/or direct mail production.
