Position: Agent Engineer Type:Contract Compensation:$100–$500/hour Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
* Build and operate LLM agents in production environments. * Ensure agent reliability and evaluate performance improvements. * Manage long-running processes like scheduled jobs and cloud sandboxes. * Develop internal monoagents and shared company memory systems. * Enhance agent visibility and cost tracking for organizational use. * Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* Experience in building and operating LLM agents. * Proven track record of improving agent reliability and performance.
