What You’ll Do
* Provide quality nursing care under the direction of the RN and healthcare team * Give medications and treatments as ordered * Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly * Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation * Work with residents, families and team members to deliver excellent care
What We’re Looking For
* Current LPN license in the State of Minnesota * Ability to work [minimum availability, e.g., 2 shifts per month, including one weekend and holiday rotation] * Strong communication and organizational skills * A compassionate, dependable, resident-focused approach * Senior living or long-term care experience a plus
