What You'll Do
* Assist with coordinating daily marketing and promotional activities. * Support the planning and execution of event marketing campaigns. * Help train, motivate, and support team members. * Represent established brands at promotional events. * Develop customer engagement and communication strategies. * Assist with tracking team performance and campaign objectives. * Participate in leadership training and management development. * Work closely with senior management on daily operations and team goals.
