We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Full Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
* FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to client activation. If you think cold-calling is for SDRs only, this position is not for you!
* You will generate new meetings with potential customers using multiple outreach channels
* You will engage with a wide range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.) to solve their pain points.
* You will lead negotiations with potential clients until go-live
* You will act as main POC with the client before the handover to Customer Success
* You will forecast revenue and contracts on a monthly basis, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline
Your Basic Qualifications
* You have 3+ years of successful track record selling and closing experience into medium-large companies
* You have an excellent level of English (all the onboarding process is in English) and you are native in Spanish
* You have strong experience in outbound prospecting, especially cold-calling
* You’re familiar with MEDDPICC as a sales methodology and forecasting framework
* You’re comfortable with long sales cycle and selling to different stakeholders within the same account
* “No excuses” attitude: you know that your success depends on you and no one else.
* Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day
* Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
* Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
We are also interested in
* Previous experience in SAAS Sales / Business Travel / Start-ups /
* Previous experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
