Senior Project Management Specialist

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join our team in Edwards AFB, CA
We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, and demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks with accuracy and collaborate clearly and professionally with team members at all levels.
Position Responsibilities:
* Develop, coordinate, and execute the program plans to meet defined objectives * Collaborate with U.S. Air Force and internal stakeholders to ensure project plans align with contractual requirements and operational needs * Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM), responsible for establishing and maintaining control account baselines including budget, schedule, and technical scope * Develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and support proposal activities as required * Track and analyze key performance metrics; perform cost, schedule, and technical variance analyses * Provide timely and transparent communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive timely execution and effective resource allocation * Participate in project reviews and internal/external audits to ensure compliance with company processes and industry standards
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.) * 3+ years of experience in Project Management of the United States Government (USG), Aerospace and/or Department of Defense (DoD) projects * Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Experience in a role that required strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets

* Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Summary Pay Range for Senior level (Level 4): $126,650 – $171,350
