In this role, you’ll:
* Lead Platform team responsible for Observability/Data area and keep delivery consistent. * Own people leadership: hire, mentor, and develop engineers; keep the team healthy and performing. * Manage capacity, risk, and dependencies: plan realistically, unblock fast, and handle escalations early. * Align scope and priorities with the Director of Infrastructure (DoI): keep stakeholders aligned and avoid churn. * Stay hands-on as a working Tech Lead: with a team of around 2-3 engineers, you'll carry part of the technical lead role alongside management.
Your skills & experience:
* Proven experience leading an engineering team under one of given roles (Team Lead, Squad Lead, Tech Lead). * Strong stakeholder management: can translate business needs into a clear plan and keep people aligned. * Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset: can make trade-offs, push standards, and improve reliability without slowing the team down. * Solid technical foundation: hands-on experience with technologies such as MySQL, Kafka/Redpanda, Redis/Valkey, Clickhouse, Victoria Metrics, ElasticSearch, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
Salary & Benefits:
Gross salary: 6000 EUR/month - 7600 EUR/gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
