You're a hands-on mobile engineer with 4+ years of experience, primarily in React Native across iOS and Android, who's ready to step into (or continue in) a tech lead role. You've shipped commercial apps end-to-end, and you care as much about clean architecture and solid CI/CD practices as you do about mentoring the people around you.
You communicate clearly across distributed, cross-functional teams and know how to align technical decisions with business goals. Experience with gaming ecosystems or virtual currency platforms is a plus - a passion for building great mobile products is a must.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the mobile development, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support * Define and implement best practices for mobile development processes, code review, test strategies and CI/CD process standard. * Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch. * Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions that meet business goals. * Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem. * Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers. * Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives. * Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams. * Oversee the entire development lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications.
Qualifications & Skills:
* 4+ years of experience in mobile with a strong focus on IOS and Android platforms. * Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile s from concept to launch. * Experience leading and mentoring development teams. * Proficiency in mobile frameworks and programming languages - React Native primarily. * Strong understanding mobile architecture platforms. * Experience with third-party integrations and APIs. * Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and visual currency platforms is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
