Your Day-to-Day Environment
* This position is primarily shop-based in the Boston area, with occasional field support at customer facilities. * You will perform hands-on refrigeration troubleshooting and repairs, communicate service findings, and document completed work.
What You'll Take Ownership Of
* Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment, primarily in the shop, with occasional service at customer facilities. * Work directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate clearly, and make sure the job is done right * Complete reports and required paperwork on time to keep projects on track and clients update

What You'll Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus) * Approximately five years of hands-on refrigeration diagnosis and repair experience * Additional education and technical certifications such as Technical School education and Massachusetts hot work refrigeration certifications * Familiarity with low temperature or cascade refrigeration is preferred. * Background in customer service and some mechanical or electrical experience * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical work * Good communication, basic math skills, and comfort using Microsoft Office * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
