Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Moneybox users, delivering exceptional service and resolving queries efficiently. You will support our customers via email and chat, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer queries regarding our app, products, and services via email and chat
* Resolve issues quickly while maintaining high-quality service
* Escalate complex problems to the relevant team members
* Record customer feedback to help improve our products
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
About You
* Friendly and patient communicator
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
* Excellent written English and attention to detail
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Comfortable with digital tools and technology
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not required
* Experience using CRM tools is a plus
