About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and onboard high-potential sellers, helping us build a credible and differentiated seller ecosystem. You will work closely with category and cross-functional teams to introduce our platform, educate prospective sellers, and guide them through onboarding and launch, with a focus on livestream commerce.

Responsibilities

* Identify and engage high-potential sellers through phone calls, email, video meetings, and other outreach channels.

* Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, prioritizing sellers based on business potential, platform readiness, and their ability to succeed in livestream commerce.

* Develop a deep understanding of assigned categories and prospective sellers to deliver tailored, compelling pitches.

* Partner with category and cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and drive seller acquisition.

* Guide sellers through onboarding and integration, resolving barriers and accelerating time to launch.

* Support newly onboarded brands and merchants with their initial livestream setup and operations.

Minimum Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in business development, seller or vendor acquisition, or e-commerce.

* Demonstrated ability to engage and influence key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

* Familiarity with platform onboarding processes and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with collectibles sellers, luxury goods resellers, or sellers in other commodity-based categories.

* Experience with livestream commerce platforms or operations.

* A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.

* Strong structured thinking, analytical skills, and sound judgment.

* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to move initiatives forward.
