What You'll Do
* Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations * Listen to customer needs and recommend the best remodeling solutions * Conduct professional sales presentations using company-provided technology * Create customized proposals and design solutions * Present pricing and financing options * Build trust and rapport with homeowners * Guide customers through the decision-making process * Follow company sales processes and participate in ongoing training
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Previous sales experience preferred * Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, HVAC, solar, real estate, automotive, insurance, or outside sales experience is a plus * Ability to confidently present and close sales * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Comfortable working independently while managing your own schedule
Compensation
This opportunity offers uncapped commission earning potential with company-generated leads.
Successful representatives typically earn $100,000 - $150,000+ annually, with top performers earning substantially more.
This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) opportunity.
