Pay & Schedule ✅ Starting Pay: $19.415/hour ✅ $1.00/hour Shift Differential ✅ Fixed 3rd Shift Schedule ✅ Direct Hire Position
What You'll Do * Load and unload aluminum castings from automated production equipment * Inspect parts to ensure quality standards and specifications are met * Operate and monitor automated manufacturing and die casting equipment * Deburr, straighten, polish, and finish castings using pneumatic tools and hand tools * Document production results and quality checks * Perform basic equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks * Pack and prepare finished products for shipment * Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures * Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality
What We're Looking For * Manufacturing experience preferred * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English * Basic math skills required * Comfortable using hand and pneumatic tools * Ability to lift up to 22 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
