Requirements
* A solid track record of at least 3 years in a commercial environment is required. Experience in debt collection within the Swiss enforcement and judicial system (legal collection) is considered an advantage.
* Excellent command of German (C1 level, written and spoken), good knowledge of Italian (B2 level, written and spoken).
* Strong results-oriented mindset, with good organizational and problem-solving skills. The ability to work with full autonomy while maintaining a strong team spirit is essential.
* Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate
