This well-established hearing healthcare practice in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team of professionals.

What You'll Be Doing * Welcome patients and create a friendly first impression. * Assist with check-in and check-out. * Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and patient reminders. * Maintain accurate patient files, demographics, insurance information, and other office records. * Process payments, collect balances, issue receipts, and assist with daily financial tracking. * Keep the front office and patient areas organized, welcoming, and properly stocked. * Introduce patients to helpful hearing-related products and accessories. * Assist with basic hearing aid maintenance and minor repairs. * Coordinate inventory, shipments, repairs, and communication with patients regarding device status. * Support community events, marketing initiatives, and other activities that help the practice grow.
What We're Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous experience in a medical office, healthcare setting, customer service, or front desk role is preferred. * Experience with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing, or payment processing is a plus. * Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling systems, and general office software. * Open to learning about hearing healthcare, hearing aids, and the services offered by the practice.
