Job Description – Home Instead
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team. The successful candidate must be a driver with access to their own car and be committed to providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * Support clients with daily living activities and mobility. * Assist with meal preparation and light household duties. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Help with medication reminders where required. * Promote clients' independence, dignity, and well-being. * Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the care team.
Requirements
* Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle. * Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. * Caring, patient, and compassionate nature. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
