* Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience * A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting * The ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms. Experience with Paradox is a major differentiator * An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success * Knowledge and free thought of the labor market and current trends * The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally
Compensation Range:
$35 - $45 / hour
