About the role

TruVolt Brands (Snow Joe®, Sun Joe®, Aqua Joe®, Auto Joe®, and Jetson) is a fast-growing consumer products company on a mission to disrupt historically gas-driven market sectors with top-quality, reliable, and easy-to-use innovations that are affordable and eco-conscious. With a portfolio of over 500 products spanning electric and battery-powered outdoor power equipment, pressure washers, lawn care, and personal mobility — including the #1 selling e-bicycle in the US — TruVolt operates across major retail and e-commerce channels including Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, and more.

Our team is passionate, collaborative, intellectually curious, and driven to continuously learn, experiment, and deliver results. We empower people to do their best work in a healthy, family-like culture with competitive pay, great benefits, and real opportunities for growth.

We are seeking a Brand Designer to develop distinctive packaging graphics and visual directions for new product lines and emerging brands. This role is focused on concept development through product-ready design, establishing the creative direction, visual language, and packaging systems.

Key Responsibilities: * Design packaging, retail display graphics, and supporting collateral across multiple product lines and brands. * Develop distinctive visual concepts for new brands, product launches, and packaging systems, incorporating AI throughout the creative process. * Use advanced AI image-generation and visualization tools to explore concepts, develop creative directions, and visualize final packaging and retail executions before production. * Translate approved creative concepts into structured, production-ready packaging and display layouts while preserving the integrity of the original design direction. * Create and update product labels, inserts, POP displays, display headers, promotional graphics, and other print collateral. * Manage packaging revisions, versioning, SKU variations, and rolling product updates across multiple brands and product categories. * Prepare final print-production files, ensuring proper bleeds, color accuracy, image resolution, typography, alignment, and production specifications. * Maintain organized working files, linked assets, and production artwork to support efficient scaling, revisions, and future product-line extensions. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product Development, Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams to ensure packaging and retail executions align with broader brand and e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in brand, packaging, or marketing design * Strong visual design and production skills (layout, typography, composition) * Proven ability to develop original, high-quality design concepts

Tools & Skills * Adobe Creative Suite (strong InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiency) * AI tools (ChatGPT, NanoBanana Pro, Higgsfield, Veo, etc.) * Strong understanding of packaging layout systems
